This condo is awesome and in perfect condition!! Resort style living here. Heat pump was replaced a year ago. All the kitchen appliances and the washer and dryer have been replaced! New flooring throughout. This doll house can be purchased fully (and nicely) furnished. It seems much larger than the actual square footage. HOA fee of only $270/month includes everything but electricity!!! Located very close to one of the community swimming pools. North/south exposure.
